The 1-on-1 Coaching To Take Your Airbnb Hosting to the Next Level. Symon has taught and coached 1000's of Airbnb hosts, both new and experienced.
When you book with Symon, he'll work with you to find the best opportunities for your situation.
After ordering the coaching session, you'll be directed to his booking calendar where you'll fill out a survey with information about your listings and your specific situation. Symon will then fully prepare discussion topics and recommendations for your 90 minute session. He frequently will ask for additional information. On average, Symon puts in 3-5 hours of preparation work per coaching call.
Who is it for? Property owners who want expert 3rd party validation of the performance of their short term rental listings. Hosts who are looking for a path to reach $100K+ in bookings on Airbnb. NOT recommended for first time hosts doing <$30K a year in bookings.
